Chargebacks Any chargebacks initiated through PayPal or any other payment method will result in an immediate ban from our services. By making a purchase through Ware Services, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks or disputes with payment processors. Limited Access: Access to your data is restricted. Only authorized personnel, including the CEO of Ware Services (Soda/Chase), and yourself have access. Law enforcement may be granted access only with a valid warrant. 8. No Sharing of Proprietary Code: if you are an employee or former employee of Ware Services, you are bound by a strict confidentiality agreement. Sharing proprietary code provided to Auto at any time constitutes a serious breach of this agreement and will result in immediate legal action to protect our intellectual property rights. 9. Modification of Services: Ware Services reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from such actions. 10. Termination of Access: Ware Services reserves the right to terminate access to our services at any time, for any reason, at our discretion.
